ASIA PACIFIC: Taiwan to implement 0.5% limit a year early

From 1 January 2019, vessels calling at Taiwanese ports will be required to burn fuel with a sulphur content that does not exceed 0.5%, says the Ministry of Transportation and Communications (MOTC).
