Ghana’s President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo officially broke ground on Monday (19 August) on the first phase of a new $12 billion Petroleum Hub Project in in Nawule, Jomoro, Western Region, which is set to include a 300,000 barrels a day (b/d) refinery and extensive storage and port facilities.
