Gulf LNG Tugs of Brownsville, LLC (Gulf LNG Tugs) has contracted Master Boat Builders and Sterling Shipyard to each build two tugs that will service the Rio Grande LNG export facility (RGLNG), which is under construction in Brownsville, Texas.
