ASIA PACIFIC: Infineum wins key patent case in South Korea

After the Korean Trade Commission also ruled that a competing product infringed the fuel additive firm’s patent and imposed a heavy fine, Infineum says it has now filed a claim for monetary damages at the Seoul Central District Court.
