In a statement issued to Bunkerspot today (10 May), Infospectrum, the global provider of counterparty risk appraisal to the shipping and commodities industries, has ‘reaffirmed its commitment within the market’ and unveiled the latest phase of its global expansion plan to be delivered ahead of the IMO 2020 global sulphur cap.
