EUROPE: Port of Rotterdam freight throughput drifts down in Q1 2018

Total throughput was down by 1.2% year on year, but the first quarter showed a halt to the previous downwards trend in the supply and distribution of fuel oil while the throughput of biomass and LNG increased ‘spectacularly’, said the port.
