EUROPE: Elengy commits to Fos Tonkin LNG terminal operations after 2020

The LNG terminal operator says that the Fos Tonkin facility will continue to operate until 2028 and the company is now looking to develop small LNG vessel loading capacity at the site to support the growth of LNG bunkering.
