EUROPE: Transport groups press for focus on shipping in the EU’s Clean Industrial Deal

The European Community Shipowners' Associations (ECSA) and NGO Transport & Environment (T&E) are calling on EU leaders to prioritise shipping in the upcoming Clean Industrial deal, as well as ensuring that at least 40% of clean fuels and new technologies needed to achieve EU climate targets for shipping are manufactured in Europe.
