Petrospot’s new free-to-access ship.energy platform is now live, providing news, insights and a key forum for debate on the marine energy transition.
Through podcasts, polls, surveys, and digital discussions, ship.energy encourages the dynamic exchange of information across the zero emissions journey – generating engagement between shipping and bunkering audiences, and key expertise within the energy, policy, and technology disciplines.
The platform provides regular and detailed reporting across news, longer reads, interviews, and expert comment on new fuels, technologies, and vessel efficiency. This incorporates information on global, regional, and national initiatives designed to accelerate the journey to low carbon, low emission shipping.
ship.energy has also partnered with leading companies, industry organisations and academic institutions to deliver the expert insights shipping and the bunker sector will require in making their energy choices in the years ahead.
On its launch day, the platform features the first episode of its regular ship.energy podcast series in which Mark Cameron, Chief Operating Officer of Ardmore Shipping, talks with ship.energy’s Contributing Editor Mark Williams about the key opportunities and challenges of shipping’s journey towards decarbonisation.
