In its ESG Report 2021 published yesterday (28 March), commodity trader Vitol said that it had achieved all its targets for GHG strategy and environmental reporting and made solid progress on its energy transition initiative, but it failed to hit its target of ‘zero prosecutions or enforcement actions by environmental regulatory authorities in relation to Vitol investments’.
