GLOBAL: Shipping industry to remove the Indian Ocean High Risk Area

After more than a decade of effective counter-piracy operations, the shipping industry is to remove the ‘Indian Ocean High Risk Area’ (HRA), the International Chamber of Shipping (ICS) has announced.
