Nikolaus H. Schües, the CEO and owner of Reederei F. Laeisz, was elected as President of BIMCO at its general meeting in Hong Kong today (25 May) and vowed to prioritise ‘digitalisation and optimisation’ to support shipping’s decarbonisation drive.
