GLOBAL: ‘Pointing the greenwashing finger’ could impede progress on green shipping corridors

Surveying how climate NGOs are calling on players in the shipping industry to justify their environmental claims, maritime decarbonisation expert Katrina Abhold argued that: ‘Though the crackdown on greenwashing is heartily welcomed - a word of caution is also needed to ensure that the wave of these litigations do not prove counterproductive to or impede the broader goals of green shipping corridors.’
