GLOBAL: Proposal for North-East Atlantic ECA to be submitted to IMO next month

A proposal to define the jurisdiction of eight states in the North Atlantic as a special pollution zone for ships will be submitted to the next month’s Marine Environment Protection Committee Meeting (MEPC 83), the Icelandic government has announced.
