The 666,164 cubic metres (cbm) of marine fuel sales at the Port of Fujairah in June was marginally down on the 667,818 cbm recorded in May.
A total of 510,633 cbm of 380 cSt low sulphur fuel was sold at the Middle Eastern bunker hub in June – 17,942 cbm less than the 528,575 cbm of sales of the IMO 2020-compliant fuel grade in May.
Sales of marine fuel 380 cSt rose 11.4%, from 109,883 cbm in May to 122,422 cbm in June.
Elsewhere, sales of low sulphur marine gasoil rose from 25,298 cbm in May to 30,963 cbm in June. However, marine gasoil sales decreased, from 1,684 cbm to 786 cbm.
Some 1,360 cbm of 180 cSt low sulphur fuel oil were sold compared to 2,378 cbm in May.
A total of 5,693 cbm of marine lubricants was sold at the Port of Fujairah in June – 10.1% up on the 5,173 cbm sold in May.
