Nitta Kisen Kaisha Ltd, a Japanese shipping company that delivered steel products to Wilmington, NC, has been convicted and sentenced for obstruction of justice and falsification of an Oil Record Book to cover-up intentional oil pollution from the MV Atlantic Oasis.
